Mallory Smith founded the practice in 1982.  Mr. Smith has over 25 years of experiences in accounting, tax, and small business advisory and consulting.

Mr. Smith earned his BS in Accounting from Queens College, NYC; in 1985, he became a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Colorado.

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants.

He is an authorized SBA loan underwriter.
